I have lived in Texas for the last 28 years. I am married and have two great kids. I started my insurance career off with Geico Insurance as a claim representative. I left there and started with Allstate as a bodily injury adjuster (yes, I know most people hate them). Then I moved to become the manager of the commercial claim center. 18 years ago, I started my agency off with a simple idea. Treat people how I wanted to be treated. Give them the truth and let them make their decision.
We cannot always help, but we always give our best. Sometimes, we earn the customers business, and sometime we cannot. I do know that when we talk with any client or hopeful client, we always give them the straight story. We would rather lose your business telling you what you do not want to hear than earn your business by misrepresenting the facts.
This is a business where you really have to understand what you are buying, in spite of all the cute and funny ads. We are the ones who have to deliver the good or bad news. We do our best to keep you well informed regarding your insurance needs . Many times, customers choose to disregard our advice, and that’s all right. I know that we provide good advice, allowing clients to make informed decisions regarding their individual insurance needs.
